SecondStreet.org spoke with Global News Radio’s Scott Radley about recent polling showing that the majority of Canadians support the use of private clinics to help reduce hospital waiting lists.

Waiting list deaths have surged across Canada over the past year, with government data showing that at least 11,581 patients died on waiting lists in 2020-21. Diagnostic scan waiting list deaths in Ontario alone are up as much as 390%.

We discuss potential solutions for this growing crisis, and what we as a country can do to fix our failing health care system.
