New SecondStreet.org research examines the legal changes needed in Ontario to allow patients greater choice in health care.
As it stands in Ontario, patients generally are not allowed to pay for private health care within the province. Nations with better health care systems, such as France and Australia, do let patients have this choice. If the province wants to move in this direction, this reports provides a legal roadmap.
