SecondStreet.org sat down with Laurie McCoy, a Scottish nurse who now lives in London, Ontario.

She was more than happy to bring her expertise and skills to Canada’s understaffed health care system. But a mountain of red tape stopped her.

Now, she runs a dog daycare.
