PATTY HANDYSIDES – Ontario Waiting List Deaths Jump
SecondStreet.org President Colin Craig joined Patty Handysides to discuss new data on the number of Ontarians dying on medical waitlists.
Sadly, the number went up once again in 2022-23: nearly 2,100 Ontarians died waiting for surgery, while over 9,400 died waiting for a diagnostic scan.
Both of those numbers are significant increases from the previous year.
