Rebutting Health Minister Holland’s Health Care Rant
Recently, Canada’s federal Minister of Health Mark Holland cited an unnamed report claiming Canada had the second-best health system in the world. He also suggested that patients who are languishing on long waiting lists really just needed “to be patient” with what’s happening right now.
Have no fear! Ottawa has thrown more money at the system and crossed its fingers that this time, somehow, it will work!
