STORY: Toronto Company Uses CO2 to Grow Useful Algae

SecondStreet.org sat down with Grant Smith from CERT Systems in Toronto, a cool carbon capture company.

They use CO2 emissions to feed tanks of algae. That algae can then be used in all sorts of useful products, from fish food to food colouring.

Companies like Pond Technologies show how entrepreneurs, not top-down government control, have a big role to play in addressing climate change.
