STORY: Windsor Nurses Cross Border to Work in Detroit

SecondStreet.org sat down with Angela Henry and Cheryl Cascio – nurses who live in Windsor and cross the border to work in Detroit.

Despite the hassle that can come with crossing an international border every day, these women see many benefits to working in the U.S. system over the Canadian system.

Speaking to these nurses can help us learn how Canada could improve its system to convince health care staff to keep working in our country.
