In November 2025, SecondStreet.org, the Montreal Economic Institute (MEI) and the Canadian Constitution Foundation (CCF) are planning to host a one-day forum in Montreal to discuss health reform.
Similar to last year’s Prescriptions for Health Reform event in Vancouver, we expect this forum will focus on how to improve performance Canada’s universal system while looking at ways to give patients more choice.
